Notes

  1. Wise Chat has the “anonymous users” concept. Those are users that are not logged in.
  2. You can disable it for anonymous users at the widget level. This seems to work, but it will not show any chats.
  3. You can also disable it for anonymous users at the global level. However, I’m not sure what that does because when it’s checked it still shows the widget as enabled. Just set it at local level when needed.
  4. You can set it to read-only for anonymous users at the global level only.
